PAYMENT & SHIPPING

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and internationally with the UPS shipping service.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 3 - 5 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

If you wish to pick up the bought product yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the product is prepared and which options you have for self pickup.
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Terms of payment

For national deliveries (Germany) and international deliveries, you have the following payment options:

- Cash on pickup
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment via "PayPal"
